Appreciation - Slowing but Positive

Appreciation is slowing exactly as forecasted, but it's still a positive expectation. So the rapid increase wasn't sustainable, but that doesn't mean it has to go negative - it could easily stay in the 3-5% (normal range) for some time - especially if rates start to flatten out.
