Good/Bad Time to Buy and Sell a Home

"Good time, bad times, you know we've had our share..." Led Zeppelin was probably not referencing this graph, but one key obstacle right now to overcome is perceived good/bad times to buy a house... we saw a recent drop of over 10% indicating a shift in consumer bias.
